Please be aware that due to recent amendments to the Maui County Fire Code, individual lanai BBQs are no longer permitted at Elua Village, but you'll find community BBQs available near both pool areas and other venues on the property.

In October 2019, we undertook an extensive renovation of our condo over six months. This included replacing all windows and doors, adding another sliding door to enhance the ocean view, and redoing the flooring with beautiful porcelain plank tile both inside and on the lanai. The bathrooms received a makeover as well, resulting in a truly stunning living space.
